1,600 Consecutive Days of Safety Record Achieved
We are pleased to announce that the company has reached a new safety milestone. As of August 21, 2026, we have successfully maintained 1,600 consecutive days of incident‑free operations, with production remaining stable and orderly throughout this period. This achievement is a reflection of the dedication and accountability demonstrated by each member of our team.
This milestone did not come without its challenges. Following the 1,500‑day mark, our safety management team underwent significant personnel changes, including the retirement of our HSE Manager and the departure of our Safety Supervisor. These transitions temporarily disrupted management continuity and posed challenges to routine safety oversight, on‑site supervision, and hazard rectification. In response, we acted quickly to restructure our safety framework, clarify role accountabilities, and address operational gaps. Through close collaboration and shared commitment, all team members upheld safety protocols with rigor, conducted regular self‑inspections and corrective actions, and successfully steered the organization through this transitional period to ensure the stable continuation of our safety performance.
As we recognize this achievement, we also remain mindful that safety management is a continuous journey with no end point. The 1,600‑day record is both a significant milestone and a new point of departure. We encourage all employees to embrace a zero‑complacency mindset, uphold our safety responsibilities with professionalism and care, and contribute to a safe and sustainable working environment — TOGETHER, we will sustain this momentum and support the long‑term success of our company.
