HSE Management Commitment

The company is committed to establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an integrated management system of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment that meet and exceed the requirement of ISO14001 & ISO45001. We are dedicated to provide our employees and citizens with environment including products and services that are safe and reliable and in compliance with all applicable regulations, standards and specifications. This shall be achieved in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.

We strive toward the ultimate objective of reducing safety and environmental incidents to zero, based on the philosophy that all these events are preventable.

We will implement the following HSE policies to achieve our objectives.


HSE Policy
1. SFWPM Environment Policy

1.1 We will be committed to prevent environmental pollution.

1.2 We will reduce CO₂ emission and waste generation to realize decarbonization and recycling society by the reuse and recycling of resources, improving the efficiency of energy use and reducing environmental load.

1.3 Reduce the natural and ecological impacts during business activities and ensure biodiversity.

1.4 Strengthen the environmental management system, continue to operate and improve the environmental management system.

1.5 In addition to complying with environmental laws and regulations, we will establish independent and valuable environmental standard for operation and evaluation as needed.

1.6 Strive to raise the environmental awareness of all individuals involved in business activities through continuous environmental education and elicitation.

1.7 This environmental policy shall be shared with all stake interested parties and publicized.

2. SFWPM Health and Safety Policy

2.1 SFWPM is responsible for establishing and implementing the basic policy of “Safety is NO.1 priority, always take preventive action and overall administration”, and following up state laws and regulations, commitment for providing safe and healthy workplace, production and service.

2.2 Establishing and continuously improving its Health and Safety Management System that meets and exceed the requirements of ISO 45001.

2.3 Ensuring that personnel are trained and competent in carrying out their operational activities.

2.4 We are committed to identify and eliminate safety hazards and to prevent safety accidents.

2.5 Establishing assured incident investigation procedure, and strictly implement the "four don't principles" of "don't compromise it if the cause of the accident is not confirmed, don't if the responsible personnel are not punished, don't if the preventive and corrective action are not taken, and don't if the relevant personnel are not educated".

2.6 Maintaining an improving the company culture across all our operations through continuously optimising technology and industry process, to achieve continuously improvement of health and safety operations.

1. Occupational Health and Safety Objectives

1.1 Zero Occupational Incident.

1.2 Zero Fatal Work Injury.

1.3 TRIR(Total Recordable Incident Rate Per 200,000hrs)≤0.39, LTIR=0.

2. Environment Objectives

2.1 Zero irreversible environmental pollution accident.

2.2 Environmental Near Miss Case ≤3 Cases.

2.3 Pollutant discharge meet code requirement.

2.4 Total CO₂ Emissions Control: The CO₂ emissions in FY 2024 is not more that 0.99 times the base values(total emission of FY2029),and no more than 0.98 base value in 2025, and no more than 0.97 times the base value.

2.5 Energy Productivity (million sales / tons of CO₂ emissions): 1% increase over the baseline value(2023 productivity) in 2024; 2% increase in 2025; 3% increase in 2026.

2.6 Water Consumption: Maintain water consumption not more than the average of FY2020-2023(Water T/Million Selling).

2.7 Waste Generation: Reduce wastes 1% compared to the average of FY2020-2023(Wastes T/Million Selling).

2.8 Non-landfill rate of waste: not less than 95%.

2.9 VOCs Reduction: Reduce VOCs emissions 1% compared to the average of FY2020-2023 (VOCs/Million Selling).
