SFWPM was established in 1994 as a joint venture with former Foster Wheeler Corporation and three Chinese partners from the power industry. Operation at our current location began in 1997. Initial production area was 22,000m2; annual capacity was 600,000 man hours. Through 20+ years of operation and development, our production area has been expanded to 48,600m2 and annual capacity is 1,200,000 man hours.
From the beginning, we have been specialized in the manufacturing of boiler pressure parts. Our manufacturing experience includes the fabrication of High Pressure Boilers, Supercritical Boilers and Ultra-Supercritical Boilers. Our manufacturing experience includes the fabrication of Power Boilers and Industrial Boilers, including PC Boiler, CFB, BFB, WTE, WHB, Package Boiler, Recovery Boiler, HRSG and Grate Boiler.
We possess a state-of-the-art quality system that encompasses a complete contract execution from proposal to delivery. Our products comply with the requirements of world-wide standards and codes and meet the demands of our client’s specifications.
We have taken the lead in the manufacture of SFW’s innovative CFB Design Boilers. Starting in 2000, we built the first ever 300MW CFB for the Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) in America. In 2012, 2013 & 2014, we fabricated the key pressure parts for the Samcheok Project in South Korea. This power plant contains four units of 550MW CFB Boilers. To date, it’s the largest CFB’s boilers power plant in the world.

SFWPM manufactures boiler components to the demanding standard set forth by SFW. We fabricate equipment that will meet the specifications required by GB, ASME, PED, EN, METI, MOM and IBR Codes and Standards. We possess Certifications for ASME (PP, S & U Stamps), National Board (NB), China Boiler (Grade A) Manufacturing, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Some Key Facts
- We routinely work with a wide range of materials, from the common carbon steels and low-alloy materials to high-alloy products such as T23, T/P91, P92, TP347H/HFG and TP310HCbN.
- More than 90% of our product is exported to the Americas, Asia and Europe. We have fabricated boiler pressure parts to both domestic and overseas Codes and Standards, such as GB, ASME, METI, PED/EN, MOM, etc.
- We build components with corrosion/erosion resistant overlay products via automatic/manual weld processes, an innovative thermal spray technique, and steam side shot peening.
- We have supplied many enhanced designed replacement parts though nearly 200 projects for large Super Critical Boilers that are owned and operated by American Utility Companies, all delivered in a timely manner to support scheduled maintenance outages.
