In order to further promote the Group's Purpose spirit, rally team strength and enrich employees' spare time life, SHI FW Power Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully held the Group Purpose Promotion and the "Unite as One, Enjoy Basketball" set shot activity on 27 May, 2026.

During the lunch break, a quiz with prizes about the Group Purpose was held outside the company canteen. Employees participated actively and answered earnestly, deepening their understanding and recognition of corporate culture in a relaxed and interactive atmosphere.

At 3 p.m., Mr. Ding Xiaoming, General Manager of the company, explained the connotation of the Purpose spirit on site, and led all staff in solemnly reciting the Group Purpose: “Enhance society and those within it with compassion through our ownership and vision”. He encouraged all employees to stay true to their original aspiration, pursue excellence, and turn spiritual strength into motivation for work.

After the promotion, set shot basketball activity kicked off enthusiastically at the basketball court, with about 200 employees participating. On the court, everyone was full of energy, united, cooperative and strived for the best, fully demonstrating a positive, uplifting and cohesive spirit.

After the basketball activity, Mr. Ding Xiaoming, General Manager of the company, and Zeng Zhen, Chairwoman of the Labor Union, presented awards to the top three teams. (The picture below shows the first-prize team.)

This activity integrated corporate culture promotion with sports and recreational activities, which not only carried forward the Group's Purpose spirit, but also enhanced team cohesion. Taking this opportunity, all employees will integrate the beliefs of "striving for excellence, being far-sighted, and acting with kindness to achieve long-term success" into their daily work, contribute to the high-quality development of the company and the group with a more inspiring mindset, a more pragmatic style, and stronger solidarity.
