The 2024 Annual Honors Ceremony - Saluting Excellence, Honoring Dedication

On this sunny winter day, January 10th, 2025, we gathered in the company’s conference room to witness a ceremony filled with warmth and gratitude - the 2024 Annual Production Worker Pacesetters, Outstanding Office Employees, and 20th &25th Anniversary Service Awards ceremony.

The ceremony kicked off with the host's gentle and sincere tone. General Manager Ding Xiaoming's speech was like a gentle breeze caressing the heart, filled with gratitude and warmth in every word. He recalled the past year when the company's orders plummeted under the influence of the business environment which led some employees to furlough, the employees who stayed still persisted in sweating on the production line, racked their brains over technical problems, and silently contributed in team collaboration. All these scenes came to mind. In the general manager's words, there was deep gratitude for every employee. The company's continued progress still required everyone's joint efforts.

Subsequently, the commendation of the annual production worker pacesetters and outstanding office employees filled the air with warmth. These employees silently contributed in their respective positions, making significant impact to the company’s development with their excellent work performance, outstanding team spirit, and dedicated attitude. The award presented by General Manager was an affirmation of their work in the past year.

The presentation of the 20th and 25th-anniversary service awards was the most touching chapter of the ceremony.
